Anytime Care Homes is a Care Provider offering compassionate person centred support for 16-18 years young people with challenging behaviour in a Semi-Independent and Supported Living setting. We focus on the young people’s transition and journey towards an independent life where they are enabled to build a better future once they leave our high standard facility.

The successful person will be working from our units in Essex, Brighton and Worthing.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, proactive operations manager with experience of working within children / young adult services; preferably in a Semi-independent living setting to join the service.
You must have proven and leadership skills good understanding of the needs of young people, sound knowledge of safeguarding, whistle blowing and relevant legislation and procedures.
You should have at least 2 years’ experience in working with care givers in a residential/semi-independent setting within the last 5 years.
We require a car driver, with a current full UK driving license.
